Khaby Lame Part 2

I did some more digging...

It gets a lot worse.............. A LOT WORSE......

The company that bought Khaby's brand (Rich Sparkle Holdings) went public 6 months ago.

Their business? Printing financial documents.

Their revenue? Under $6 million.

Their valuation at IPO? $50 million.

Their valuation after announcing the Khaby deal? $16.3 BILLION. 16.3 BILLION!!!!!!!!!!!

That's a 326x increase in 6 months. NOT FOR AN AI COMPANY, BUT FOR A PRINTING COMPANY!!

AND IT GETS WORSE.

The underwriter who took Rich Sparkle public (Eddid Securities) also took AMTD Digital public.

Their stock went from $7.80 to $1,100 for "no apparent reason" according to the BBC.

Then it collapsed.

BUT THERE IS MORE

Rich Sparkle's auditor resigned "effective immediately" on December 15th.

One month before the Khaby deal was announced.

No reason given. Hmmm suspiscious...

AND IT GETS EVEN WORSE THAN THIS

Khaby's company (Step Distinctive Limited) was registered in the British Virgin Islands in July 2025.

The exact same month Rich Sparkle went public.

Coincidence? Seems very sus to me...

And then you have this.

The second largest shareholder in Khaby's company is called "Pink13 Group Inc."

It was registered in Delaware one month before Rich Sparkle's IPO.

Nobody knows who owns it... Hmmmmmmmmm SUSPICIOUS.....

Securities attorneys are now calling this A RED FLAG

Experts are saying the following: "This looks completely like a Chinese stock promotion. The whole thing just seems nuts."

Another attorney said: "I've only seen that kind of chart in a pump and dump scheme."

Forbes confirmed they will NOT count Khaby as a billionaire.

Why? The stock's float is under 5%.

Translation: There's barely any real trading happening. The price is essentially FAKE. THE NUMBER IS FAKE!!!

If Khaby tried to sell his shares tomorrow, the price would crash before he could get out.

Remember when I said he basically got paid in meme coins?

I was being generous.

This looks like a textbook stock manipulation scheme with a famous face attached to make it look legitimate.

The absolute worst part?

Khaby might not even fully understand what he signed up for.

He's a content creator, not a securities expert.

Someone put him in this position.

I genuinely hope he got something real out of this.

But based on everything public...

I'm not optimistic.
