HSBC business banking😡. They’ve cleared our charity’s acct by mistake. Made 16 calls, over 7 hours in total passed from pillar to post . Only to be told on Wed they will refund the money within 24 hours. It’s Sat n they’ve not done it. Called 3x this am n told it will take time
