Yoga is demonic because yoga itself actually means 'to bind to' or 'to yoke to the hindu gods'. Meaning that when we put ourselves into the positions that these false gods do, we are binding ourselves to them. (It seems crazy and I too was in denial for years).

It's a form of worship and false idolatry. And sadly yoga cannot be separated from it's Hindu, religious origins. Not to mention the demonic chanting and phrases that are also associated with yoga. So when we partake in this, we're unknowingly allowing these demons into our lives.

I only say this to spread the truth because I too used to do yoga, and whenever I did, I used to get pains in my chest and felt uneasy.

There are plenty of other stretches and exercises we can participate in to keep our bodies healthy, that doesn't involve idolatry and (unknowingly) enchanting demons.
