I said it years ago… The state of New Build homes is dangerously bad. The government need to take it seriously or else they may meet their 1.5 million homes target but they’ll be having to rip them down again in 15 years time because they’ll be condemned or worse.

I should not be going into a New Build that is falling apart after 2 years! Builders and developers getting away with being absolutely cowboys whilst putting lives at risk.

Ah yes, the very same Jim Flin who forced me & my neighbours to be fire wardens for 14 mths, not being able to leave my flat 24 hrs a day, 3 days a week, even after #cladding was removed from our bldg, because @BromleyLFB @LondonFire would be bothered if there were false alarms.

It angers me that for the last 7 years, these same individuals responsible have been evading accountability, moving on with their lives freely with new jobs, some even continuing to work in the housing/building sector. Some on 6 figure salaries, living out the life of luxury.

Whilst a community reels, family’s torn a part, unable to move on, suffering and having to re-live what happened 7 years ago whilst also being robbed of any justice, and some passing away before they could ever see justice served for what happened.
