@JennaCompono Same thing happened to me post major ankle sprain.For me it was Piriformis Syndrome which mimics sciatica. I am used to lifting and squatting heavy. Stretching and strengthening that right side helped and it went away eventually. I sat on lacrosse balls at work and in the car.
