Our city has major problems, but we can fix them. I’m not leaving and neither is @sbuss. We ❤️ SF.
We’re working every day to build a city where new residents are welcomed, new businesses are encouraged, and families can put down their roots.
We’re making progress. 👉 @GrowSF.
@bosmeny@crapshoot101@GrowSF If something is on the ballot, we're going to make an endorsement.
We agree legislators should do their jobs and not push things to voters. Are there specific ballot measures you think we should not have endorsed yes on?
There are a lot of ways to interpret last night’s results in San Francisco.
Here’s one: campaigns grounded in facts and results won. Campaigns built on misinformation lost.
Voters are smart. They do their research and make informed decisions.
@sabaimran_go We read the full legislation to start, obviously use AI to help interpret, we read the controllers report and we meet with other experts as needed
@sabaimran_go I don't pay super close attention to state politics. I think in San Francisco we have such a small voter base that we are able to get good information out to all voters, and voters make intelligent decisions.
Yesterday’s election showed that San Franciscans support the progress we are making and want us to continue the momentum. I know we still have work to do—and we are going to keep our foot on the accelerator to continue getting results for our residents.
Thank you to the voters for Passing Prop A to help make sure our city is prepared in the event of an emergency. And congratulations to Supervisors Stephen Sherrill, Alan Wong, and School Board President Phil Kim. I look forward to continuing working together to serve San Franciscans.
We are just getting started. Let’s go, San Francisco.
This assessment ignores that these outcomes aren't only wanted by the mayor and "big money", but also by a supermajority of San Franciscans who are exhausted by performative progressive politics and no longer afraid to say it.
We want the functioning government we pay for.
A few years ago, people had given up on San Francisco. Today, we have pro-growth, common-sense leaders at every level of city government working to move our city forward.
San Francisco is the greatest city in the world, and the credit belongs to the people who step up, run for office, and do the hard work of leading every day.
Congratulations to @scsherrill, @alankennywong, and Phil Kim on your big wins last night!
I can’t believe it’s been six years since I left tech to start @GrowSF.
In that time, we’ve been fortunate to help win some important elections and contribute to San Francisco’s turnaround. The city has made real progress, but the work is far from done.
The early results tonight are looking great, but we’ve had some close losses so I’m not celebrating yet. Hoping for the best so we can keep the momentum going!
