@BMWMiddleEast Is this the BMW ownership experience? Car was taken for service, returned with 3 simultaneous safety faults, family stranded roadside at midnight, and the response was “everything is fine.” Car is now kept for 4 more days leaving us without transport over the holidays.

Failed service by India’s top airline. @IndiGo6E has lost my bag, confirmed it’s in Delhi, yet over 24 hrs later, no action. My family is stranded in foreign land, calls/emails ignored. No SLA for delays—only declared lost after 14 days! Is this fair?@JM_Scindia @DelhiAirport

@Lenskart_com No update. You all are moving at snail pace. In this world not having quick response to customers issue will only drive customers out to competition. This by far is worst experience I had with leading e-commerce portal. Looks like I am dealing with c grade Ecommerce portal.

@Lenskart_com ordered from UAE. It has been worst exp. Wrong glasses mentioned. After several mails it got corrected, not sure what prescription they have taken. Ordered 4 days before & still order is not dispatched. No customer service number & mails get responded after 1,2 days

@ShashiTharoor @ashwinravi99 @MdShami11 100% correct. Out of form Kohli is not able to replace Rahane,what will he say, if Kohli was in form & team was loosing then decisions would be different. Not sure how young talent can find place in team, only way if this so called star players are injured. Time to transform.
