The cat’s out of the bag. We've updated our SDK.
With the new MCP spec making connections stateless, we've updated our SDKs so you can still follow a complete agent interaction from start to finish.
Our freshly released SDK v2 does awesome stuff like:
🐾 Reconnect tool calls into a single session
🐾 Detect subagents automatically
🐾 Even captures which model (Sonnet vs Sol vs Opus) is doing the meowing...or talking
And it all works right out of the box.
If you're an existing customer, just upgrade the SDK to version 2.0.0 and no need to change a thing.
Purrfect.

We had so much fun in Amsterdam we're heading over to San Jose for another round of AGNTCon.
Thank you to @AgenticAIFdn for hosting another wonderful conference.
We met a lot of cool people working on amazing products at the last con and we're excited to meet some more!
Whether you're building out new MCP servers or agentic software, come on down to our booth and chat with us!
We always love seeing what people are working on!
And we're still bringing the CatSwag™!
See you there!

AgentCat now detects large tool responses and slow tool calls! 🚀
Some tools return large payloads, which can overwhelm an agent by filling up its context window. This increases costs for your customers and reduces the reliability of your MCP server.
And if a tool takes too long to respond, agents can time out, leaving their task unfinished and frustrating the human behind them!
We now catch these and pattern-match them across your MCP server so you can see which tools are the biggest offenders and which affect the most of your customers.
This is how we're building better analytics here at AgentCat.
AgentCat is going to AGNTCon Europe! 🐱➡️🤖
AI is changing the world fast and we can't wait to be sitting with the leaders of the industry to discuss how the space is growing and what comes next.
Can't wait to see what everyone has to show off!
If you're also headed to AGNTCon, come swing by our booth and chat all things MCP. We came prepared with plenty of CatSwag™!

See you there!
WebMCP allows any website to expose tools. With this support for WebMCP in ChatGPT’s desktop application and many more websites supporting WebMCP, we’re excited to see how this increases the usefulness of agents and the tools they have access to.
If you’re interested in building in WebMCP support into your existing web apps, check out our free open-source React hooks library: https://t.co/tr0A07toKZ
And for a list of which websites already support WebMCP, we’ve collected them all here: https://t.co/jJqEQ22eCr
We’re adding support for WebMCP in the ChatGPT desktop app’s built-in browser and ChatGPT Sites.
When you visit a compatible website, ChatGPT or Codex can automatically use it to complete your task.
Update to the latest version of the ChatGPT desktop app, then just ask Codex to create a WebMCP-enabled app and deploy it to Sites.
MCPcat is now AgentCat.
UX has defined the last 10 years of products. Agent Experience (AX) will define the next 10.
Today, agents are using products in all kinds of ways. We help you understand what they’re doing.
Same mission, same team, New name.
