An attention span of >120 min. Working or thinking about a single concrete concept without losing focus. Super valuable in today's world. I'm working on building back my attention span. As of today I can do 45-60 minute.

Been more than a year. Attention span was good, then broke a little, then a little more and now I am back to ~40 min. Deep work requires long attention spans.

I have to get back at it. Let's see if I can do a consistent 180 min block every day.
