@SteveSaretsky No one seems to be mentioning that many buildings that did allow rentals required a minimum 3 or 6 month lease. That is also now illegal. So now 30 day furnished rentals may increase. And that is as almost as disruptive as AirBNB, it no longer needs to be a principal residence.
