JUST IN: Appeals Court Strikes Down Joe Biden's Attempt to Hide Interview Tapes
Joe Biden won’t be able to hide it much longer.
A D.C. Appeals Court struck down the former president’s attempt to keep the public from hearing audio tapes of his interview with a memoir ghostwriter.
Despite Biden's desperate appeal, the federal court ruled that the public interest outweighed his interest in keeping them private.
The court paused the release until Aug. 3 to give Biden time to appeal.
The recordings were sought by former Special Counsel Robert Hur during his classified documents investigation.
Hur declined to charge Biden, despite Special Counsel Jack Smith recommending prosecutions against Donald Trump.
As Hur famously put it about not charging the president: "Biden [is]... a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory."
If the appeals court ruling holds up, Americans will get another brutal reminder of how bad Biden's memory really was.
One of the hardest videos on the internet. I wrote it because too many of you love communism "done right." It can never be done "right." It's the abolition of self. Suicide.
Not opinion. Never trust a communist.
