Hello,
Recently, I received a 2-week ban for something I did not do. I contacted support and asked what the ban was for. They told me that I had said the N-word during Round 19 of a specific match, and they provided the lobby where it supposedly happened. 1/3

Then I downloaded the replay, skipped to Round 19, enabled the option to hear both my own voice and my teammates' voices, and found that I never said anything like that. In fact, I didn't speak at all during that round.
