POV: You’re a Full stack intern thrown into a massive codebase, and grep alone isn’t saving , So build a tool to find my files instead of losing your mind.
Sometimes the best developer tools come from suffering.

@dogramaci It was mix of discussion with seniors and some methods i have tried in past. Agent didn't not analysed the data properly so have to add some configs and refrances to files, little bit repo structuring and it worked .
New day, new story...Even with AI, that intern feeling hits different when staring at a massive codebase for the first time.
One small move by AI agent almost ruined my weekend but after some debugging, everything is finally back on track.
Phew, definitely a learning experience.
Senior asked for my buggy code yesterday. Didn't wanna pollute GitHub or leak sensitive files over Slack, so I built a tool : zipper. A Rust CLI that zips your repo while respecting .gitignore automatically.

what a week of chaos!! and finally migrated company's codebase to TS
here's how i did it 👇
• allowJs: true first, strict mode later
• step-by step no one giant PR
• tsc --noEmit in CI from day 1
no shortcuts. just 4000 errors and pure stubbornness
TS gang 🫡
Zipper v2 based on feedback:
Auto-naming: Zipping /myApp creates https://t.co/dnw0mWAJpc automatically.
Routing: Pass a destination like ~/Downloads to stream it there.
Auto-ignores .env and .turbo files.

Thanks for syggestion @Joshua_WD
Thought switching from Browser's Local storage to HTTP-only cookies like a 5-minute task,.. ended up in 6-hour saga of CORS errors, zombie cookies, and broken Axios interceptors😅
Reached "Step 0" twice, but finally got the auth flow rock solid! 🚀
