Pakistan does not need a certificate of relevance from an occupying power drenched in the consequences of its own aggression. Those who have treated force as wisdom and hubris as policy are in no position to sneer at mediation. To suggest that Pakistan is merely “shoving itself into the middle” is both arrogant and evasive. Pakistan is a major regional state, a nuclear power, a neighbour to Iran, and a country with direct stakes in the security, economic, and political fallout of this war. It has every reason, and every right, to engage in efforts aimed at de-escalation.
When a region is on fire, the country trying to open diplomatic channels is not the problem; those mocking mediation while widening the war are.
Reducing diplomacy to name-calling may serve domestic politics—but it does little for peace. It reflects a sick mindset and ill behooves the External Affairs Minister of India to use such language against a country striving to bring peace in our region.

Take two minutes to watch this clip, where @LukeVP96 explains how constant mob attacks and lynchings have instilled fear in the hearts of the Christian community in Pakistan. We, Pakistani Muslims, should be ashamed of what fellow Muslims are doing to Christians in our country.
This is a bit rich coming from the Foreign Minister of a country that has as a cornerstone of its security policy the cultivation, support, and deployment of foreign proxies all across the Middle East.
Iran has long had a clandestine recruitment program in Pakistan for its militant groups in Syria. It has given sanctuary to a number of Baloch militant outfits that have targeted innnocent civilians as well as members of the armed forces.
Importantly, Iran has served as a base for Indian intelligence operatives perpetrating terrorism in Pakistan.
So if, according to the FM you can both respect sovereignty and still target terrorists then I am sure Pakistan has all the reason in the world to respect Iran’s sovereignty and eliminate BLA targets and Indian spies on Iranian territory.

After just 3 hours outside in November, I had severe chest pain and I had to spend a whole day inside to recover. Lahoris are breathing these toxins every day. We need to address the causes in the transport sector - the fuel and vehicles that are simply not fit for purpose.

This is a clear evidence of a systematic provocative action, which modi’s government is undoubtedly aware of, is not firm and fair enough in dealing with it.
