@rogueonomist Excellent advice. Real estate is volatile, carries a lot of risk and doesn't give steady returns. People should aim for steady returns. Also savings only with microfinance banks not commercial banks. The former offers higher interest rates
@iamlaeeqahmad tum nay yeh bataya hai ke ETFs mein spreads are bigger and that there is lesser liquidity for trading ETFs in the market compared to Mutual Funds. Tell the pros and cons of both. Don't sell your dukan with misleading titles

@MeherJazibAli im shifting from mutual funds to etfs. i dont like the idea of giving 3-4% annual fee for management even when my portfolio gives negative returns. still believe stock picking should be done by professionals but at a certain cost and incentive structure
