Incident at Pune airport around midnight with a young girl passenger in her 20s just ahead of me. She had refused to pay the Uber driver saying she has only Rs 2000 note and does not have change and that Uber driver should get payment from Uber. Finally Uber driver complained to airport authorities. Lady in charge of airport operations came out and was empathetic to the driver and arranged for change. The girl passenger started to throw tantrums and shouting at airport officer, who was forced to call in a lady CISF officer. The girl passenger blocked other passengers including me from proceeding further. The CISF person had to physically move this irate passenger who was shouting at the top of her voice. In the scuffle that followed the CISF lady was pushed by the girl passenger and in return got a tight slap. She was taken to the side and summons were sent to the police. Don’t know what happened further, as I entered the terminal and proceeded with checking in process. But it was quite sad to see this young girl behave this way. @prasadpanseMT

Anyone who's tried their hand at research, built some software, or even run a kid's birthday party may relate to this idea: In theory, practice is the same as theory, but not in practice.
