Its normal for navy to navigate through EEZ. This is routine stuff. Freedom of innocent passage rules normally apply to everyone. I'm sure we're watching carefully.

The light is visible on camera because it's pointing this way, but the helo is moving at 90° and unlikely to see it.

What's changed is the High Court has now ruled that unlawful. Legislating power to ignore court rulings is overreach and I would hope unconstitutional.
