Few years ago, some stats I pulled together showed a disturbing epidemic of early death for Americans, especially men. That year overdose deaths were 49k, now it has crossed 100k.

Clamping down on drug trade via tariffs may be unconventional, but it may also work.

We use clinical guidelines to care for patients with #braininjury (#TBI), such as avoiding the issuance of benzodiazepines (BZD) for acute TBI.

We found that in the @MilitaryHealth BZDs are still being used for patients under acute TBI treatment.

Every yr in the @MilitaryHealth we diagnose about 15k patients with a #braininjury, a debilitating condition.

Over 3 yrs & 42k patients, we found they brought a slew of comorbidities to their diagnosing sessions, esp. #PTSD, Sleep dis., Anxiety.
