So @googlefiber you have randomly changed my appt and delayed my install now for 2 weeks with 0 communication to me. I am on the phone now for 37 minutes now trying to get my service working!!!

This 4th call of the day 47 minutes no resolution and no idea of when a resolution or appt will happen. All 4 calls everyone told me your scheduling system is down come on @gfiber your scheduling system has been down all day ? And you can’t get it fixed ?? Hmmm

@MarcosPizza well I have been on hold for 30 minutes at the place in Buda, Tx. Just drove over they are closed. Funny the door and web says they close at 11. Guess someone else gets my business tonight.
