In my opinion and experience, yes. Perhaps it’s my area but it’s hard to say in 2026 there was no service provider for more than 60 miles. On top of that, there’s gotta be something wrong with the tires because like Julianna, my tire pressure went to zero with no visible damage/nail etc.
@ryanhenry261601@ChudTheBuilder@elonmusk In Texas, driving includes “operating which does not require the vehicle to be moving. It’s based on the “totality of the circumstances”.
I understand this law to be for safety reasons. If it’s too dark, at night it could be hazardous. Maybe not to you but others may have difficulty seeing at night. Additionally, when you get pulled over, an officer should be able to see inside as the officer comes up so the officer doesn’t get ambushed.
The right to remain silent isn’t a magic shield against arrest.
It is a constitutional protection.
This motorcyclist used it and was released.
Sometimes people talk themselves into handcuffs. Sometimes they don’t.
Know your rights. Protect yourself.
You can beat the rap, but you can’t beat the ride.
Passed the field sobriety tests. Blew a 0.00. Still got arrested for DWI.
An arrest is not a conviction.
You can beat the rap, but you can’t beat the ride.
If you’ve been charged with DWI, make sure someone is reviewing every aspect of the stop, investigation, and arrest.
“You can beat the rap…
but you can’t beat the ride.”
A man says:
“I’m not intoxicated.”
“I’ll blow a 0.0.”
He does.
Still gets arrested.
A DWI charge is not the final word.
If you’ve been arrested, what happens next matters.

@MatthewBenoit22 @BodycamVideos_ Cops also have a community care taking function. Some people don’t mind talking to police and that’s fine too. Wholesome interaction.
Awesome how God talks to us. I literally read this passage earlier today and the holy spirit nudged me to read it again and again and then I run into your post. I respectfully disagree; Paul did not call Jesus a curse. Galatians 3:13 says: “But Christ has rescued us from the curse pronounced by the law. When he was hung on the cross, he took upon himself the curse for our wrongdoing…” I take this to mean that Jesus took the curse upon Himself to free us from it.
From my perspective and understanding, as I myself have, in the past, unsuccessfully endeavored to find a wife, and while it would be awesome to have the ‘right one’, the last threeish years single and not really attempting to look, in it’s full context, I believe Paul writes this so that one can focus their time more on honoring and glorifying our lord and savior, Jesus Christ. This life is not for us but for His glory. Without Him, we can do nothing. Jesus is the Truth, the Way and the Life. The only relationship that really matters is the one you have with Him. Of course, if you find a wife along the way, that honors and glorifies Jesus, then all the better.
@mishra_baibhav@SawyerMerritt I get why people ask this, but no. FSD is not a legal loophole. If you’re intoxicated and behind the wheel in Texas, you are exposed, even if the car is “driving itself.” Uber is still cheaper than a DWI.
