@Avis I am disgusted by the treatment that Anthony, Employee #47303 just gave me. I am a Presidents Club member and simply need to add my loyalty to an existing reservation. He refused and was combative, stating that he would add $80+ for our reservation in order to do that.

@panerabread I have to give you kudos on your rewards program and in-store self-service kiosks. Simply put, everything just works they way I expect it to. Iโm able to customize to my liking and I feel connected to my order through texts, emails, etc. Well done!

@Hertz Iโm Bonvoy Titanium and signed up for Five Star 2 weeks ago it said it should be quick. Nothing happened so I called two days ago to hertz loyalty department and they said hey would fix it within 24 hours and still nothing. Do you just not want my business or what?
