@agoda falsely advertised a room for $774 which I PAID. The replacement now costs $1577 for which they only want to pay $200. This was not my error and should NOT be at my expense. I booked in advance for a reason. Agoda messed up. Take accountability.

@IndiGo6E I’ve been undergoing huge mental stress because of @IndiGo6E and @agoda.
My Indigo flight (PNR: KEEEYE) was delayed for 10+ hours with zero information. We were made to wait at the gate, in the bus for 40 mins, and 1.5 hrs inside the aircraft due to no pilots. I had an emergency case as I’m a doctor and finally had to cancel my trip.

Because of this, my return trip (PNR: J1VYWL) also went to waste.

I raised a grievance with @DGCAIndia and AirSewa, but the status shows “resolved” without any resolution or refund.

Now Agoda is refusing to refund ₹36,670 unless I send proof that IndiGo cancelled the flight—even though I already submitted everything. Why should passengers suffer like this after such mismanagement?

I want full refunds for both PNRs. My money is stuck, my time is wasted, and this entire experience has caused huge mental turmoil.

Requesting urgent action from @DGCAIndia @IndiGo6E @agoda.

@agodacaree @agodacaree @helpdesk_a72295 I was contacted on WhatsApp from [phone] asking me to provide refund details via Remitly, claiming it’s linked to Agoda. This seems suspicious. Please confirm if this is legitimate and advise on the correct way to process my refund.

@agoda Terrible support. I had a problem and I cancelled locally. Reaching support a mess and solving my problem, terrible. I have explained a hundred times my problem and written emails and still no answer. It has been more than 8 days!!!!

@Agoda extremely disappointed with how my booking 1940927382 is handled. Hotel says “check with Agoda,” Agoda says “hotel declined.” My Indigo flight was cancelled and I couldn’t travel—yet being charged.

No accountability from either side. I really need this resolved fairly.
