@British_Airways I am very confused. I've just been informed by your phone operator that my flight on 15/ from JED to LHR did indeed go ahead and depart JED despite getting an email & text to say that it's cancelled. What is going on? I need to get onto a return flight ASAP.

@martleypfo Hey! Were you scheduled to fly back on the 15th? My flight on the 15th was cancelled two hours before the shutdown. To complicate things they now tell me that the flight did indeed go ahead. Very confusing.

@UKinSaudiArabia @UKAmbKSA Thank you for the update regarding this but it feels like there hasn't been much progress over the last 3 days. It's exactly the same message. The 14 days initially announced by the Saudi authorities should come to an end of 29th March. So when can we expect to leave? Thank you

@_AntonMartin Hi Anton, thank you for reaching out. It's funny you should mention that, my frinds back home suggested the exact same thing. I have no idea if this would be a viable option or not since all international flights are grounded. But it's certainly an idea!

Hi @FCOtravel & @foreignoffice I'm currently stuck in #JED since 15/03 following the abrupt cancellation of all international flights within KSA. @British_Airways advised contacting yourselves. Your KSA offices are not answering their phones. What do you advice?

(2/3) Since then, I've had no communication/support from @British_Airways or @UKinSaudiArabia (despite trying to call multiple times) regarding what I can do to get back, how or even when it will happen since I have no re-scheduled date.

@seifusher Dear Mr. Usher, I have tried getting in touch with both numbers. The KSA number is constantly engaged despite many attempts and the UK number keeps disconnecting after transferring the call.
