@IndiGo6E As I am continuing saying that agency is deniyed for payment as payment from your end has been processed let me know why indigo is paying funny tricks if it has refunded then why are you scared to show so that I can ask the agency why he is deniying or indigo hasent refunded yet
@GoibiboSupport Had a word with airline they said that names are not updated it's group booking, we cannot cancell the booking as booking is done from goibbo and second thing that names are been updated 24 hrs prior and in group bookings names can be changed before 24 hrs so check and refund

@IndiGo6E We haven't rec'd the payment , to whom have you redunded the amt as we can see that the agency is deniyed for the payment has indigo paid to another agent or deniyiend for the customer refund as already mentioned that to whom you have refunded

@GoibiboSupport Already as I have confirmed from the airline that names are not updated and booking can be transferred to other person as airline names are been updated 24 hrs before so request you to remove the name and let the pax benefit it and you can charge a normal fee
