The Challenge of Rural Leadership is an intensive, 2-week, fully residential course: often described by alumni as inspiring, challenging, and life changing.
The cohort arrives as relative strangers and leaves with a peer group of friends and confidants.

I'm sure our friends and colleagues in the AgriTech Cornwall Project feel the same way: we are lucky to have had the privilege of knowing and working with Caroline - she was and will be an inspiration to us all.
It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of our beloved CEO Caroline Drummond MBE, who passed away yesterday.
Caroline transformed LEAF from small beginnings 30 years ago to where we are today. There are no words to express how much she will be missed.
Do you want to:
- take time to work on you
- step out your comfort zone
- learn about people you admire and identify skills that set them apart
But also want to:
- enjoy the experience
- feel supported
- meet glorious people
Then this is everything you need and SO much more.
