I had an AC installation appointment confirmed for 10 AM today but it hasn't been done yet. Impossible to connect with your CS team and then when you do, this is what they're doing.

And now the order has been shipped to an old and incorrect address. AND CANNOT BE CANCELLED AS I MENTIONED IN THE EMAIL. Poor poor poor service and experience
@AdityaBirlaGrp Your brand NOBERO is the worst. I placed my order at an old address by mistake and I contacted immediately for cancellation but no help received. Sent email and got response to contact via WhatsApp. Reached out again on WA and responses after every 3 hours.
Worst delivery service & even worse customer service provided by @zeptocares for order #QUQIHGS8I44447 and ticket #TKCCEE534AF06! Delivery person not responsive, support agent, Rajat sending repetitive messages of apology but no actual action taken, supervisor Snehal not helpful!
Then he goes on to say that he is going to cancel my order with no offer of compensation but keeps apologising! What's the apology going to do? Feed me!?????? @Swiggy@SwiggyCares
Horrible customer service! First they missed to deliver bread with my order, replacement delayed, delivery driver not answering calls and now this agent, ASHRAY, says my order was COD! He is not even aware about the whole issue and is telling me my order is delivered!!!
@flipkartsupport It's almost midnight and I haven't received any updates yet! I don't want to get a call in the middle of the night! I want delivery on priority tomorrow morning!! And I want the airconditioner installed tomorrow!
I placed this order to be delivered today by 8PM & there has no movement in the shipment since 5:23AM today. And not to my surprise, the customer support team members aren't making any effort to help but giving the same details which I can see on the tracking page!
@amazonIN@Flipkart Wow! Just amazing! The @flipkartsupport@Flipkart team contacted me and said that they will keep me updated via call/email! No emails or calls and no delivery! I would have been better off making this purchase from @amazonIN
Atleast, @amazonIN provides better information and makes an effort to support their customers especially in tracking down delayed shipments (if ever that's the case) coz with @amazonIN, next day delivery means "NEXT DAY" & not 72 hours like @Flipkart
