How @Persona_Journey managed to create a community/quality-oriented airdrop campaign ?

Airdrop campaign are sometimes unbalanced, Persona is choosing simplicity over complexity.

I'm sharing all my analysis here.

1. point multipliers & quality content
They have simple system with a max 200% points multiplier (10 persona NFT).

You can also earn points by sharing memes, threads, art about @Unagi_studio and Persona.

Some project have x1000 multipliers and doing tickers spamming. And it just doesn't make sense.

2. empower the community
They put the community into spotlight on the quests section in the Persona Dashboard.

They are empowering Persona content creators.
The Team (@HanaPersona_ @RemiPelle @KekLord56 @fabsverseNFT @robynPSD @SpikePersona @jouleytv) are also following & interacting back with the community, they understand the web3 culture.

3. quality ambassadors
Persona is choosing only people who are reputed for what they do. Content creation & marketing.

4. social dashboard & momentum

Will non-holders be able to farm season 2? I don't know, but team said that it will be more exclusive for the community.

Conclusion :

Choosing simplicity + community is an amazing decision in my opinion

most of the time people join airdrop ONLY for the financial opportunity

by making this campaign community/quality-oriented, they are attracting people who truly care about the project.

This is why you don't see fake influencers with fake giveaways and multiply boost on Persona Airdrop Campaign.

They just started, ambassadors are joining every weeks, building a good narrative around your project is key, and Persona did something really great, we def need more cult leaders.
