@Telstra Chose you over Optus cable as you advertise built in SIM "Connecting you sooner" - but you won't send the modem in advance of the tech and gave me an appointment in 3 weeks time?? How is that Connecting ME sooner? Spent over an hour on hold and you dropped my call...
Six weeks after contacting @Qantas and their only response is they are sorry the plane wasn't cleaned? I think there is a bigger issue if they think this seatbelt just needed a bit of a tidy!
@Qantas I did DM, many times. 2 weeks after flying with effectively no seatbelt on a 12 hour biz flight. I still haven't had any response from @Qantas customer care. Reminder of how poor the state of plane was.
@Qantas I had this quality seatbelt on a 12 hour flight in biz class this week - looks like it'd do the job?? Guessing seatbelts are not part of your inspection routine.
@Qantas I did DM you, and 7 days later no update or response from Qantas. Guessing your message was just to move this from public view. I have also filled in customer care form etc, but no response in over a week. @qantas should take this seriously.
