@GoibiboSupport @GoibiboSupport @VietnamAirlines the resolution from Goibibo is to contact Vietnam airlines and the resolution from Vietnam airlines is to contact the agency through which the ticket was booked. Where does the customer go? This is harassment. @VietnamAirlines , pls refund taxes.

I have been trying to get a refund for a ticket purchase through @GoibiboSupport and they say the refund is refused by @VietnamAirlines

@GoibiboSupport The airline asks me to connect with the agent, which is Goibibo. this is just going in circles. The pnr is already mentioned 7R9JRD. Please give me a refund on the taxes for the passage not utilised by one of the passengers in the pnr
