@ArveSystad Define "anyone". Chatbots have surely helped companies reduce support tickets - in the sense that customers give up and shelf their complaints.
Key to Personalization: If you're not focusing on Assets, Behaviour, Customer-attributes, Every touchpoint and Fresh data - you're pretty much saying ABCDEFU to your customers 🔥😮 (paraphrazing Nazanin Ramezani @ #OpticonStockholm)
Halfway into @deane_barker 's talk at @Optimizely Opticon Stockholm, and he has already unashamedly exceeded the allowable usage of the word "content". One would think he's obsessed with content!
Crucial thought from @deane_barker 's talk at @Optimizely Opticon: Is he using AI to generate "cats typing on keyboard" pics, or is he forcing his own cat to model for him?
This one goes out to Optimizely (Episerver) users and the challenges that we encounter when talking to potential customers.
In our latest post, you will learn how the Enonic platform can help you overcome some of these challenges.

A classic problem - some (power) users need more flexibility, while others need something foolproof. There will always be a need for dynamic content, one way or another - interesting proposal by @athraen!
@TomasGulla@episerver@Optimizely@OptimizelyMVP Given the amount of content on World, I get why the frontpage showcases sections (whereas Community is just one of many). But at the very least, SOME community content should be fronted in the "What's new" section on the frontpage, to tease that there's actually community news.
I feel that developers, and developer targeted information is not as important to @episerver after the rebranding to @Optimizely. As an @OptimizelyMVP I do not like this development... 🤓
