@BBradley_Mans , please add your name and vote AYE on Wednesday for #NC31, to remove the retrospective #LoanCharge up until April 2016 for anyone who completed their tax returns in the full belief that the return was accurate, as I did.

I would urge all MPs to support NC31.

It does NOT clear historical tax debts.

It LETS HMRC exercise their full range of administrative powers (enquiries/assessments) to challenge loan schemes provided (as they mostly did) HMRC took timely action under Taxes Management Act 1970.
