@tcs_couriers i ordered a product from @Allmytechpk. Order was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Rider was outside my home and called me at 1.24pm , i was at Majsid for Juma Prayers. He told me that he will come back after 20/25 mins as he is going to nxt customer. I waited.1/3

And TCS sends a msg with rider number. I called that number multiple times but it was always not responding. That number is for coordination and if can't call on that number, what is the fun of sharing it with customers.

..Not rescheduled. On calling helpline rep told me that u can collect it from lalkuri reg officer. I visited office and they said that it can't be done today it will be on Tuesday. 1 of the worst experience with TCS. A lot of false statements and wrong information. 3/3

@hamzashafqaat @TORehman @Noormengal_ Sir u r right but 4 kms in too much of a distance to b called a uturn and same goes for IJP Road, if u r coming frm westridge near carriage factory u r forced to take uturn from pirwadhai mor, if u want to go to isb. That's too much. On ths busy roads uturns shd b after every km.
