How are companies optimizing for AI fan-out queries? Some marketers do a variation of this process:
1) Use a keyword you already rank for
2) Find common fan-out queries
3) Determine the most important fan-out topics
4) Optimize your page—or create new pages—for the fan-out queries
5) Measure the results
I couldn’t find a great step-by-step guide on how to optimize this process, so I wrote one...
You can get backlinks without paying.
Here’s a simple SEO Wins method:
1. Install “Check My Links” extension.
2. Find pages with lots of external links.
3. Identify broken or dead links.
4. Reach out to the website owner.
5. Suggest your content as replacement.
It is a classic broken link building hack.
And it still works surprisingly...
One of the most valuable skills you can learn in SEO is how to determine if a keyword is low-competition or not.
It's the difference between 6 months of SEO that amounts to nothing, and 6 months of SEO that doubles your traffic.
Here's how to do it:
1. Search the keyword in a tool like Ahrefs
2. Click the "SERP" button to see the pages currently ranking for the keyword.
3. Check to see if there are any pages with a DR under 40 ranking in the top-5 spots that DO NOT have any part of the keyword in their domain name
If you find a page that matches that criteria, you found a weak page.
The idea is that if a weak page can rank in the top-5 spots for the keyword, you can, too.
So optimize your page for the keyword.
Build some backlinks to it.
Point internal links to it.
And with time, you'll be able to outrank that page and secure a spot in the top-5 positions for that keyword.
It's as easy as that.
I gained 2 backlinks for free.
This is how I got it:
1. I made infographics for my content.
2. Publish them to the Flickr/Imgur site.
3. Add a URL in the description.
Others used the images.
And gave credit to my website...
Screaming Frog's paid license is about $250 per year and is definitely one of the most useful tools for SEOs.
I built my own crawler with Claude last week, im gonna give you the prompt for free. 😜
Here's what it does:
-> Crawls every page on your site
-> Flags broken links (4xx/5xx)
-> Catches missing/duplicate title tags & meta descriptions
-> Finds thin content and missing H1s
-> Maps redirect chains
-> Exports it all to CSV
Self-hosted. No license. No crawl limits. Paste this into Claude Code and you're done
THE PROMPT:
"Build me a Python SEO site crawler I can run locally.
Requirements:
Takes a starting URL and crawls all internal pages on the same domain (respect robots.txt, configurable max depth and crawl delay)
For each page, record: URL, status code, title tag, meta description, H1(s), word count, indexability (noindex check), and canonical tag
Flag issues: 4xx/5xx errors, missing/duplicate titles, missing/duplicate meta descriptions, missing H1, multiple H1s, thin content (<300 words), and redirect chains
Handle errors gracefully and don't re-crawl the same URL twice
Show a live progress counter in the terminal
Export two CSVs: a full page inventory and an issues-only report
Use requests + BeautifulSoup, keep it single-file, and include a requirements.txt and a short README on how to run it"
Tweak the thresholds and checks to fit your workflow but yea that's most of what you need to have your own sick crawler.
Enjoy fam 💜

This method is more expensive and time consuming than many link building strategies but the links are worth it considering Claude Code has made it easier to accomplish that ever before! 🤯
You not only tap into the strongest sites on the internet to drive authority to your own website, you also produce valuable IP that can be leveraged much further than building links. 🧠
The answer?
Building your own Platform-Specific software like:
- Shopify apps
- Chrome extensions
- Wordpress plugins
- And Many more!
Each one of these platforms is valuable enough to produce software for, JUST FOR THE LINKS ALONE. 🔗
But, if you do your research beforehand, find common issues your software could help solve, and build into functionality or marketing gaps your market legit needs:
You will drive traffic and customers/clients from these platforms to your business on top of earning valuable links.
If you really go hard.. 👨💻😤💰
You can start building a software biz and charge for the use of these apps and plug-ins as standalone revenue sources that also take advantage of the host platforms' internal, proprietary search engines. 🤝💯

This is really big news. Google introduced the Open Knowledge Format (OKF) - a standardized way to store information in a directory of markdown files. Makes it really easy to make a digital brain that agents can use.
These files can serve as a living wiki. You can give agents the ability to query them or edit them. They can interlink.
Seems to me this could replace Notion or Obsidian. I can think of so many uses for this.

An easier to understand explanation is the SPEC.md file:

I gave those two links to Antigravity and asked how we could use it for any of the projects we're working on. It came up with so many ideas. I would imagine Claude Fable 5 would whip up some pretty amazing things based on this system.
Currently creating an OKF library of our pepper garden. It's going to be a fun weekend.
Information agents are in AI Mode for all Ultra subscribers now.
I don't see it just yet. But boy can I think of some good ways to use these. You can ask AI Mode to stay on top of any topic and it will notify you when new info appears on the web.
Ideas off the top of my head:
-Let me know when any new Google announcements are made.
-Keep an eye on these competitors of my client and inform me when they publish new content.
-If anything new and interesting on using Antigravity comes out, keep me informed.
-What are people talking about in regards to [topic] today? Are there any new trends or viewpoints?
