Many claim that graduates have plenty of opportunities ignore the reality in J&K. With 2L+ unemployed graduates, a weak private sector, and only a few thousand graduate vacancies yearly, restricting them from MTS posts cuts off vital options. Remove the 10+2 cap! @OmarAbdullah
