@currys Hi will you be stocking any higher spec variants of the Samsung Galaxy Book3 360 13.3" model soon? The only one available on the website is the 8GB RAM / Core i5 / 256GB version which isn't enough for my requirements - the higher spec models are too big ๐
@SamsungUK Hi - love the look of your new Book3 range. However I can't find the dimensions (HxWxD) of the book3 Pro 14 inch or the book3 Pro 360 13.3 inch. It's vital information before I decide which to order. Website customer chat "experts" didn't know.

@WizzAirUK_W9 Hi my flight from Gatwick to Tenerife on Sunday was cancelled. You've credited my refund as WizzAir credits without me asking and when I try to convert it to a proper refund it says "Booking not eligible for refund"

@Tesco We order a big grocery delivery from you every week. Why is there no option on the app or website to create personalised lists of items? The "usuals" and "favourites" are pre-populated and too bloated. Ocado has this feature....

@HalifaxBank @kymmieK84 You will be on hold for 36 minutes before they hang up and tell you they will call back. I've done this twice and still haven't had a call back so my card is still out there being used fraudulently and I can't stop it!
@HalifaxBank Had fraudulent activity on my card yesterday and called the number given to me in the voicemail from Halifax. Was on hold for 30+ mins then the call was terminated and it told me someone would call me immediately. Still haven't received the call to stop my card.
