No measurements are taken, no excess baggage charges. How does this even make sense. NEVER FLYING THIS RIDICULOUS AIRLINE EVER AGAIN….!! I’m filing a formal complaint against them in the UK with ADR and CAA. In the USA with USDOT. I want a refund of my £137.

@TurkishAirlines Worst, disgusting, and unappealing check in at LGW. Three Business Class tickets (they don’t have First Class). We get to LGW to fly to Bali (Denpasar), via Istanbul, and we were charged £137 because two (2) of our suitcases were 2 cm. above their…..

“Allowable Size”, measured from the top of the suitcase to the bottom of the wheels…!!!!! Really….??? This after spending thousands of dollars on 3 Business Class tickets….!!!! No other airline imposes such ridiculous rules.
And, then, on our return, same suitcases….
