Highlight of my week was taking some year 8 students for a hot chocolate as their reward for speaking at our open evening. #hotchocolatereward#topstudents

Having a #LearningDisability means something different and unique to each person with a learning disability.

Iβve got some training to do with NQTs next week. I want to teach a lesson that shows all the things you shouldnβt do for students with any additional needs, but primarily around adhd and sensory issues. Anyone got any ideas? #sencochat#adhd#senco#sensory#cpd#helpplease
@sencochat And then I love having admin support to get people round the table when I need them to, minute take, send letters, scan documents into CPOMS, edit passports and plans. Invaluable support!!
@sencochat Weβve worked on the year leaders doing some of the organisation around less complex students and needs, communicating with their parents, the students, teachers and then using me as more of a consultant. Works well!
We are called to be witnesses and messengers of God's mercy, to offer the world light where there is darkness, hope where despair reigns, salvation where sin abounds.
@SenProbs@provisionmap Yes! They were nervous at first but I set out to mostly pick out good practice. They said theyβd never had formal feedback before and hence loved it! They asked for how I thought they could improve. Done in the right way, it can give a great boost!
