Entire industries revolve around the value of our attention, and, ostensibly, our attention is only important if we have money to buy things. So if AI ends up wrecking house and we're left largely without money, our attention becomes worthless. What then?
Duh but too much customization is BAD.
It makes an app harder to learn, harder to use, and you end up needing to support a million weird edge cases later.
I deleted Tiktok because it unsettled me that the cache continued to grow despite not using the app and being logged out.
