“Hello, this is Gold Medalist.

We would like to inform you regarding the multiple complaints and lawsuits filed by Kim Soo-hyun and our company against Kim Se-ui of Garo Sero Institute.

As a result of the investigation, it has been confirmed that the various allegations and evidence raised by Garo Sero Institute against Kim Soo-hyun were false. In particular, the KakaoTalk conversations of the deceased revealed during the press conference were found to be altered and fabricated from conversations with another person unrelated to Kim Soo-hyun, and the deceased’s voice recordings were also confirmed to be manipulated materials generated using AI technology.

Accordingly, due to the seriousness of the offenses — including violations of the Information and Communications Network Act (defamation through false information), violations of the Stalking Punishment Act, violations of the Sexual Crimes Punishment Act (distribution of filmed materials and coercion involving such materials), and threats — the court issued an arrest warrant for Kim Se-ui.

We sincerely thank the investigative authorities for revealing the truth through objective evidence.

One year ago at a press conference, Kim Soo-hyun promised:

‘I will not ask you to simply believe me. I will make sure to prove it.’
