Take your crypto assets when they moon and buy land. Build you a decent size home and stay out the way.
Until Universal High Income kicks in along with 15min cities, humans are gonna go into survival mode. I wouldn’t focus on material items and luxury. Find land, clean water, start a farm, have multiple gardens. Nobody cares if you have a lambo and they’re hungry. You’re just putting a target on your back.
I have been looking at 2 kings 19,where King Hezekiah received a letter from the king of Assyria. It was full of threats, fear, and intimidation. Everything around him suggested that defeat was certain.
But Hezekiah did something many of us forget to do.
The Bible says,
"Hezekiah received the letter from the messengers and read it. Then he went up to the temple of the Lord and spread it out before the Lord." 2 Kings 19:14
He did not argue with the letter. He did not let fear make the decision. He took the matter straight to God.
And God answered!
He sent a word through the prophet Isaiah, promising to defend Jerusalem. That very night, the angel of the Lord struck down 185,000 Assyrian soldiers. The same king who had threatened Hezekiah went back home in shame, and his reign ended in defeat. God fought the battle that Hezekiah could never have won on his own.
Tonight, take your letter to the temple.
Spread before God the report that has stolen your peace. The rejection. The unpaid bills. The doctor's report. The family battle. The delay. The burden you have carried in silence.
Do not end this day holding what God is waiting to handle.
Your victory may not begin with a strategy. It may begin with surrender.
The letter is not the final word. Heaven is.
The battle changed the moment Hezekiah entered the temple. Yours can change tonight.
May the God who answered Hezekiah answer you before the sun rises.
Declare it in faith:
Heaven has the final word over my life!
LEARN FROM SOLOMON.
This morning, while reading 1 Kings 11, I was reminded of one of the most sobering lessons in Scripture.
Solomon was a man God had given extraordinary wisdom. God blessed him with wealth, influence, and great understanding. Yet even with all that wisdom, Solomon made a serious mistake in his relationships.
God had warned Israel not to marry people from nations who worshipped other gods because they could turn their hearts away from Him.
Solomon ignored that instruction.
And eventually, the Bible says:
“His wives turned away his heart after other gods.” — 1 Kings 11:4
What makes this even more serious is that Solomon had already been warned.
And Nehemiah later looked back at Solomon's life and said:
“Nevertheless pagan women caused even him to sin.” — Nehemiah 13:26
Think about that.
Solomon was wiser than anyone in his generation, yet the wrong relationships still became a doorway through which his heart was turned away from God.
This is why you should never treat marriage as merely a matter of attraction, beauty, money, status, tribe, or chemistry.
Who you marry matters.
The person you marry will have access to your heart, your home, your decisions, your time, and eventually your children.
The Bible says:
“Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers.” — 2 Corinthians 6:14
Solomon's story teaches us that you cannot assume, “I will marry them and eventually change them.”
You may think you are strong enough to influence them, but relationships can also influence you.
Solomon did not pull his wives toward the worship of the true God. His wives turned his heart away from God.
So child of God, don't only ask:
“Do I love this person?”
Ask:
“Will this person help me love God more?”
“Can we build a home where Christ is honored?”
“Will we raise our children according to God's Word?”
“Will this marriage strengthen my walk with God or slowly weaken it?”
Never compromise your relationship with God because you are afraid of losing a relationship.
Learn from Solomon.
Guard your heart.
Obey God's Word.
And when it comes to marriage, don't allow emotions to make a decision that your spirit will have to live with for years.
Spread your investment.
Don't have only one source of income.

Mitochondrial Load Matters More Than Most People Think
This is where the conversation gets deeper than mainstream “dopamine detox” discourse.
Understand this fact..
Reward sensitivity is not only psychological. It is energetic.
Your brain is one of the most energy-intensive organs in the body And dopamine signaling itself is metabolically expensive.
Mitochondrial dysfunction, inflammatory burden, chronic stress exposure, insufficient recovery, poor sleep architecture, and persistent sympathetic activation all reduce neurological energy availability over time.
Which means your brain literally becomes less capable of supporting stable emotional vitality under sustained load.
This is one reason chronic overwork or dopamine system abuse eventually creates emotional flattening that feels existential rather than merely “tired.”
The nervous system begins conserving resources.
And emotionally rich experience becomes metabolically harder to generate consistently.
This also explains why recovery interventions that actually restore substrate (underlying biological variables) tend to outperform purely motivational interventions over time:
sleep restoration
autonomic regulation
exercise
sunlight exposure
deep social connection
reduced fragmentation
reduced hyperstimulation
lower inflammatory load
protected recovery windows
These interventions are not “soft.” They are substrate repair. Different category entirely.
One of the strangest things about chronic stress is that it makes being calm starts feeling emotionally wrong.
At first, urgency feels exhausting.
Later, urgency feels energizing.
Eventually, urgency becomes psychologically necessary.
That progression happens so slowly most ambitious people never notice it consciously.
Think about this logically..
Your nervous system adapts to repeated environments.
If you spend years operating inside:
deadlines
notifications
pressure
fires
constant stimulation
high stakes
…your body begins treating urgency as baseline.
Calm no longer feels familiar.
This is why some founders physically cannot relax on vacation.
i'm sure many of you recognize this
Nothing is wrong.
Yet you still:
check Slack
scan notifications
seek stimulation
create pressure mentally
Your body arrived at rest, your nervous system didn’t.
This is NOT ambition.
This is purely conditioned hyperarousal.
Your nervous system is trained on wrong inputs
urgency = focus
pressure = meaning
chaos = aliveness
That’s a dangerous equation to reinforce for years.
HOWEVER/...
The trap is that urgency often improves short-term performance.
so you're actively being rewarded for repeated stress exposure
Stillness starts feeling emotionally flat by comparison.
NOW, you unconsciously recreate chaos
Because calm no longer produces enough stimulation internally
insanity
One of the strangest things about high performers:
Your mind often leaves the room before your body does.
You’re at dinner...
but mentally inside tomorrow’s meeting.
You’re in the shower...
rehearsing a conversation happening next week.
You’re trying to rest...
while your brain keeps simulating possible futures automatically.
That pattern becomes exhausting over time.
Your nervous system adapts to uncertainty
Especially when:
- responsibility stays high
- outcomes matter
- people depend on you
- mistakes become expensive
The brain starts treating constant prediction like a survival behavior..
..that’s why mentally “switching off” becomes so difficult.
Your brain now associates future simulation with safety
Stillness starts feeling incomplete.
Eventually presence becomes harder than anticipation.
The dangerous part is that this often coexists with high competence.
Externally you still look focused and functional.
Meanwhile internally...
.. your attention is permanently split between reality and imagined futures

It can't.
