The lack of self awareness from these clowns is amazing. They are the class that caused many of the problems in this country and now they are trying to rebrand as the 'good guys'. I don't think so.

I think the big villains in our current situation are the corporations and mega rich who have benefited endlessly with special tax breaks and cuts which have overwhelmingly gone to them.

I also think we have to have an honest conversation about the vast military expenditures and the changes to warfare that the US military have not yet adopted. There is absolutely no reason for the multiple Trump class ships that have been talked about to bolster his ego.

Also, Trump is totally unable to have the conversation you describe, and no one (except a few MAGA) believe anything he says as his credibility is completely shot.

This is ridiculous! This clown president is nakedly corrupt and incompetent. Yet rich tech bros think it's just a big joke as they congratulate each other on their latest money grab and chortle about the potential impacts of AI.

There will be a price to be paid after he leaves office for good:
- the GOP is likely to implode in a sea of recriminations and finger pointing over how no one stood up to him.
- sane people will want to find out what really went on during this dark episode. Who benefited from the corruption and by how much?
- why did government agencies, tasked with stopping corruption, just stand aside and wave it all through.
- how did the whole Iran debacle really happen and what actually happened to our service men that we have not been told.
- that's just for starters.

Ossoff is right to go after Trump and his multiple failures (even MAGA are disgusted with him), his lack of seriousness with tackling problems affecting Americans and his obvious affection for his aide.

He has done the opposite of what he said he would while campaigning - starting wars, raising prices, favoring the wealthy, etc.
