@SahilBloom When there’s a conflict, patience to listen for 5 minutes is the most scarce Thing. A small tweak may be- 5-5-5 or 10-10-5 -> write down (10) ‘or’ talk(5) in front of mirror individually for 5/10 minutes each, then discuss jointly for 5 minutes. 1/2

@adcock_brett Great compilation. The collaborative approach can change the entire game, the only challange in that situation is the “real” willingness to talk openly about true facts/cards. It’s difficult to overcome the mindset of “winning”, while sitting on the table.
