प्रधानमंत्री ने संसद के मानसून सत्र की शुरुआत हमेशा की तरह अपनी घिसी-पिटी और खोखली बातों से की।

लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री ने उन मुद्दों का कोई ज़िक्र नहीं किया, जिन्हें विपक्ष सदन में मजबूती से उठाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है-

i. अयोध्या के राम मंदिर में RSS-BJP इकोसिस्टम से जुड़े लोगों द्वारा अंजाम दिया गया चंदा चोरी, आस्था धोखा, जिसने पूरे देश की अंतरात्मा को झकझोर दिया है।

ii. NEET-UG 2026 पेपर लीक और CBSE कक्षा 12 बोर्ड परीक्षाओं की गड़बड़ी, जिसने युवा शक्ति को आक्रोशित कर दिया है, जिसका प्रधानमंत्री ने अपने भाषण में केवल औपचारिक उल्लेख किया।

iii. विपक्षी दलों को तोड़ने के लिए अपनाए जा रहे गंदे हथकंडे और वित्तीय प्रलोभन।

iv. केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्री, मोदी सरकार में कृषि राज्य मंत्री, पर्यावरण मंत्रालय, अरुणाचल प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री और मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री से जुड़े भ्रष्टाचार तथा हितों के टकराव के विश्वसनीय आरोप।

v. कॉम्प्रोमाइज परिसीमन प्रक्रिया, वन नेशन, वन इलेक्शन के हथकंडे और VBSA विधेयक के जरिए भारतीय लोकतंत्र और संविधान की संघीय व्यवस्था को कमजोर करने की मोदी सरकार की लगातार कोशिशें।

Today is the first day of the monsoon session of the Parliament. I am putting some of these questions on record now, so that the Prime Minister has ample time to respond.

The PM started off the Monsoon Session of Parliament with his usual litany of platitudes.

What the PM failed to mention are the following issues, which the Opposition is committed to raising -

i. The massive Chanda Chori Aastha Dhoka at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya executed by members of the RSS-BJP ecosystem that has shocked the nation’s conscience

ii. The NEET UG 2026 paper leak and the CBSE Grade 12 Board Examinations fiasco which has enraged the yuva shakti that the PM paid lip service to

iii. The dirty tricks and financial incentives being used to split Opposition parties

iv. The credible accusations of corruption and conflict of interest that are plaguing the Union Cabinet Minister for Road Transport, the Minister of State for Agriculture, the Ministry of Environment, the CM of Arunachal Pradesh, and the CM of Madhya Pradesh

v. The Modi Government’s ongoing attempts to subvert our democracy and the federal set-up of the Constitution through a compromised delimitation process, the One Nation One Election gimmick, and the unconstitutional VBSA Bill.

यह उचित ही है कि दोनों LoP ने अयोध्या में श्री राम जन्मभूमि तीर्थ क्षेत्र ट्रस्ट से जुड़े चंदा चोरी, आस्था धोखा मामले पर प्रधानमंत्री को पत्र लिखा है।

5 फ़रवरी, 2020 को लोकसभा में अपनी दुर्लभ उपस्थितियों में से एक के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री ने इस ट्रस्ट की स्थापना की घोषणा करते हुए इसका पूरा श्रेय स्वयं लिया था। यही ट्रस्ट आज देशभर के करोड़ों श्रद्धालुओं की आस्था और विश्वास के साथ विश्वासघात कर चुका है।प्रधानमंत्री, चुप्पी तोड़ो।

श्री राम मंदिर में करोड़ों श्रद्धालुओं ने आस्था के साथ अपनी कमाई अर्पित की - वहां हुई चंदा चोरी अब किसी से छुपी नहीं है।

ट्रस्ट के हर सदस्य को आपकी सरकार ने चुना था। इस चंदा चोरी पर आपकी चुप्पी अस्वीकार्य है।

तत्काल स्वतंत्र जांच कराइए, पूरा हिसाब सार्वजनिक कीजिए और दोषियों को कानून के कटघरे में लाइए।

आपकी सरकार की विश्वसनीयता अब आपकी कार्रवाई पर निर्भर है।

इस System को नए सिरे से बनाना होगा - जहाँ बच्चों को तनाव नहीं, सुरक्षा मिले। और माँ-बाप को, उनके त्याग का फल मिले - आँसू नहीं।

Our Constitution guarantees the right to dissent. The Home Ministry appears determined to deny it.

The Delhi Police reports directly to the Home Ministry – the very Ministry that appointed a new Police Commissioner in Delhi just yesterday. If today's crackdown is his first brief, it sends a chilling message: political obedience takes precedence over Constitutional duty.

From dragging away women wrestlers to manhandling ex-servicemen, this government has repeatedly demonstrated its contempt for the Constitution. Today's actions lay bare this government's mindset: peaceful protest is not a fundamental democratic right to be protected, but a law-and-order problem to be crushed.

It is a shame that the world’s largest democracy is being ‘ruled’ by the most undemocratic and anti-democratic political party of the world.

हमारा संविधान हर नागरिक को अपनी आवाज़ उठाने और शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से विरोध करने का बुनियादी अधिकार देता है। लेकिन आज गृह मंत्रालय का रवैया देखकर लगता है कि उसने इसी संवैधानिक अधिकार को अपना निशाना बना लिया है।

दिल्ली पुलिस सीधे गृह मंत्रालय के अधीन काम करती है — और कल ही इसी मंत्रालय ने दिल्ली को नया पुलिस कमिश्नर दिया है। अगर आज की बर्बर कार्रवाई कमिश्नर साहब का पहला संदेश है, तो इससे साफ़ पता चलता है कि उनकी वफ़ादारी संवैधानिक कर्तव्य से ज़्यादा सत्ता के प्रति है।

महिला पहलवानों को सड़कों पर घसीटना हो या पूर्व सैनिकों के साथ बदसलूकी करना — यह सरकार बार-बार दिखा चुकी है कि उसे न संविधान की इज़्ज़त है और न ही लोकतांत्रिक मर्यादा की। आज की घटना ने एक बार फिर इसकी सोच को बेनकाब कर दिया है। इस सरकार के लिए शांतिपूर्ण विरोध किसी नागरिक का बुनियादी लोकतांत्रिक अधिकार नहीं, बल्कि एक "कानून एवं व्यवस्था" की समस्या है, जिसे डंडे के ज़ोर पर कुचल देना चाहिए।

इससे बड़ी शर्म की बात और क्या हो सकती है कि दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा लोकतंत्र आज दुनिया की सबसे अलोकतांत्रिक और लोकतंत्र-विरोधी राजनीतिक दल के कब्ज़े में है।

10 साल में 152 पेपर लीक, सीट-नौकरी का रेट कार्ड, 0 सज़ा, 7.5 करोड़ युवाओं का बर्बाद भविष्य - System की हालत।

इस भ्रष्ट Education System को जड़ से बदलना होगा - बनानी होगी 21वीं सदी की परीक्षा व्यवस्था, स्वतंत्र और जवाबदेह संस्था जहां छात्रों को मिले पूरी सुरक्षा।
