If she does this then Johnny still has the right to collect the 10.350 mil payment. If she does post the 10.350 as a bond then Johnny won’t be able to collect the money

@CasablancasGrl Correct me of I’m wrong but shouldn’t the bond be 10.35 million dollars and then the 6% interest which then will be $621,000 for the first year?

I’m not a lawyer but I don’t think Johnny’s 2 million dollar judgement negates the defendants judgement?
