Most builders think they need:
• More AI tools
• Better prompts
• New automations
What they actually need:
More distribution.
The internet is full of amazing products nobody knows exist. Building isn't the bottleneck anymore.
Attention is.
Agree or disagree?
I keep seeing builders make the same mistake with AI.
They use it to save time.
The smart ones use it to create leverage.
One saves hours, the other creates opportunities.
Which side are you on?
Hot take:
Most founders don't need AI agents, they need customers.
Automating a business with no users is like installing a turbocharger on a parked car.
Get traction first, then automate.
@paulg The irony is that AI is great at writing, most people are just bad at prompting for brevity. "Make it shorter" is becoming one of the most valuable writing skills.
@XFreeze Beautiful idea, but first step is still to get it to orbit, land it, and bring it back safely. Then we can talk about carrying consciousness anywhere.
