Good day 1 of AAU districts. I got 8th in the 400H with a time of 57.03, qualifying for AAU regionals, and the 4th fastest 2027 400H time in GA. I am excited for more opportunities to drop this mark.

Good first summer meet. Ran a GA top 25 58.12 in my first ever 400H race. I also ran 15.71 in the 110H.

A great way to end the season with a State championship!

I placed in 300H with a time of 40.26, ran 15.7 in 110H, as well as an 1.07 split out the blocks in the 4x1.

Good day at region. Got 2nd in 300h with a time of 40.8 and pr’d in 110h with a time of 16.03 and got 3rd. Excited for sectionals next weekend!

Good PR in the 300h ran a 40.68. Also Ran 16.5 in the 110h. Consistently dropping in the 300h looking forward the rest of the season!

Had a great meet back. Double pr went 41.01 in the 300h, 16.11 in the 110h, and finished the day off with a 53. split in the 4x4.

Good 2nd meet at UGA I ran a G.A top 50: 41.3 300 Hurdles, and also ran 16.6 in the 110h.
