@ESBNetworks and it can’t be repaired in a timely manner. Frustrating for everyone who has been left without utilities after the storm. And even when you get power back, in a calm day like this, it can be turned off with no notice. It would only happen in the West of Ireland.

@ESBNetworks So ESB turned off our power this morning, no warning, and it won’t be back until Friday. Food going to go off in freezers and fridges. While I appreciate the line staff are working hard to restore power, the grid isn’t fit for purpose. It can’t be relied upon to survive a storm

@FedExHelpEU My package is lost, and I have paid duty and fees already a week ago. How can I get a refund, and what’s the process to reclaim the cost of the goods which are missing. My case has been escalated but only approximate promises of updates given.

@FedExHelpEU Done. Your local support said the delivery is lost. They will only start a search if the sender requests it, and won’t confirm how long a search will take. They also refuse to refund VAT and fees paid by me, so I had to raise a dispute with PayPal.
