I am writing to share my experience and dispute charges from my recent Dollar rentals from the ATL airport. On July 25, 2024, I was reviewing car rental options for 2 separate dates where I needed a car for separate times before and after flights to and from ATL.

She also said there were no more sudans available and I would be charged an additional $25/day for an SUV on my upcoming rental. I also still received the additional $29/day underage fee. This experience with Dollar has been very frustrating.

Just had my worst flight experience ever on your airline. I was supposed to fly direct from IAH to ATL today, Sunday, July 7 and board at 8:14 a.m. CST. However, I was notified at 3:52 a.m. CST the day of that my flight had been canceled.

I ultimately decided to fly with a separate airline the following morning, and will never fly @FlyFrontier ever again. Completely unacceptable. Do better.
