More than 2.5 months now. @IndiGo6E came to a middle ground with monetary compensation and promised to credit it in 10-12 days. Today is 12th day and there is no update. @MoCA_GoI @RamMNK @PMOIndia , I urge you to intervene and ask the airline to process my demand!

When I asked for an update on the 11th day, @IndiGo6E came up with a generic reply and did not provide any clarity on the compensation credit date. @MoCA_GoI @RamMNK @PMOIndia @airsewa_MoCA , kindly help me to get my compensation.

The @makemytripcare refund crisis continues. @IndiGo6E confirmed the refund processing on January 19, and since then MMT is delaying the refund. @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI @RamMNK @PMOIndia @airsewa_MoCA kindly intervene and help me get my refund.

Recently @makemytripcare informed me that @IndiGo6E has declined the refund and after several attempts the airline finally gave it to me in writing that they have initiated the refund.

This is absurd. @IndiGo6E informed me on call (I have recording) that customer team will get in touch with me regarding my lost baggage compensation. It has been around 48 hours and there has been no communication. They are not picking up the call. @MoCA_GoI @RamMNK @PMOIndia

I have recorded the call with Indigo representative where they mentioned they don't provide written confirmation of the refund processing.

And to top that there is no update about my lost luggage and compensation process has not started either. @IndiGo6E @MoCA_GoI @PMOIndia

The @IndiGo6E refund situation is getting out of hand. @makemytripcare says that indigo has denied refund whereas #Indigo says that it has processed partial refund. MMT asked for written confirmation and Indigo denied giving written confirmation

After @MoCA_GoI 's intervention i received calls from @IndiGo6E but there has been no solution. On Friday they informed me that they will provide an update in 24 hours else they will escalate process of compensation.

It has been 4 days now. @RamMNK @PMOIndia pls intervene

I filed my PIR for lost check in baggage on Dec 6 and till date there has been no update. If the baggage is lost, kindly provide an update and guide me through the process of compensation. Else find the bag. @IndiGo6E @MoCA_GoI this is becoming a vicious cycle now!

Check your records before blatantly denying refunds. Moreover @IndiGo6E told me that partial refund will be initiated.
