@wannercashcow I can't create new channels anymore because of YouTube's guilt-by-association policy. I'd like to ask how you guys handled this? By using a VPS and then registering an LLC company? Does the company contact person can be me (who's already blacklisted)? Or someone else?

@TeamYouTube 我在事後深刻總結有兩個可能的封禁的原因：
1. 正值 Youtube AI封禁狂潮，運氣不好被抽到了。
2. 惹怒了賴清德當局，Youtube中文是由台灣方面審查，畢竟小紅書都能封禁，向Youtube當局投訴，封我這個小頻道太簡單啦，上訴自然也不予審核通過了。

YouTube uses AI system to terminate channels - the MOST of the false terminations during the years happens in Q4 (October-December)

Here's the REASON...

Creators revenue is SIGNIFICANTLY higher in the fourth quarter due to a major surge in advertising spending by companies during the holiday season.

When a creator is terminated -they don’t receive the money they’ve already earned. YouTube might be just ROBBING creators...

What is @TeamYouTube response to this? Three videos, a channel only two weeks old, and it was shut down under the pretext of spam and fraudulent content. Where is the justice in that? I request that this content creator's channel be reviewed by a real person and have it reinstated.

My situation is now critical.
After exposing YouTube’s automated system yesterday, my tweet reached thousands of people yet @TeamYouTube still hasn’t given me a single real explanation for why my 3 channels were terminated without any violations.

I’ve been fighting for 103 days, and all I’m asking for is something every creator deserves:

A REAL human review
A clear explanation of what rule I supposedly broke
The same fairness given to creators whose channels were restored instantly because of high engagement on X

Small creators like me don’t have fame, but we still have families, responsibilities, and dreams we worked years for. Losing 3 channels with 4,000+ videos overnight is not “policy enforcement” it’s a life changing disaster.

My YouTube channel was permanently banned with no warning and no valid reason given. This is clearly a mistake/false flag. I’ve never violated any guidelines.
@TeamYouTube please urgently review and reinstate my channel. Thousands of hours of work and my entire audience are gone overnight. This isn’t right.
